CodeMash 2012 - Special Thanks
Thanks to my blog co-author Brian I was introduced to Christiaan Baes from Less Then Dot who was running a little competition. Because of that fateful link, a few sad words, a new boss, a supportive wife and the generosity of chrissie1 I attended CodeMash for the first time this year. Thanks to you all.

Really glad you made it this year, Chadrick!
ReplyDeleteI appreciate how you introduced me to CodeMash, I got a LOT out of it this year... most clearly a huge emphasis on testing. My favorite quote was: "Don't ever not test, ever" from the speaker's panel on Software Quality (don't remember who exactly said it). It was very interesting to me how the conversation at that event basically came down to a discussion on how important testing was, how best to test, and to to cultivate an environment of testing in your team.
Testing == Better software quality.
